In recent years, our university has been expanding its strength of foreign cooperation and exchange, aiming at the world-class well-known universities and high-level overseas universities with distinctive disciplines, actively carrying out communication and contact, and accelerating and promoting establishment of comprehensive inter- university partnerships with more overseas universities, especially well-known universities. At present, our university has signed cooperation agreements with 129 universities and scientific research institutions in 26 countries and regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Russia, Brazil, Australia, Japan, South Korea, India, Malaysia, Taiwan, etc. (among them, there are 30 universities in the top 500 QS global rankings), and through these inter-university cooperation platforms, the both parties have carried out various forms of exchanges and cooperation such as mutual visits of teachers, joint training of students, cooperative scientific research, joint construction of laboratories, etc.

The joint student training projects carried out between our university and cooperative universities include: 2+2 and 1+2+1 double-degree programs for undergraduates, joint undergraduate-postgraduate 3+1+1 and 3+3 (France) double-degree programs, the postgraduate 1+1+1 double-degree programs, the short-term student exchange programs, and learning exchange programs in winter and summer vacations.
